We are looking for a Business Analytics Engineer for a Distribution Center.

Principal Functions

• ?Help creating and assessing the WMS processes in the Distribution Center, driving and owning testing scenarios of WMS different project implementations.
• Provide reports through office applications to improve business processes
• Collaborate with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company's mission
• Analyze business requirements and processes and recommending them to the management for implementation
• Create and maintaining documentation that includes the Dash boards, KPI's, etc. for the organization decision making process.
• Identify the development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving the operations of the organization for efficiency and profitability.
• Uses available data to analyze past data and make operations easy

Job Requirements

• Advanced English
• 1 year on similar role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and usage (ability to use spreadsheets, graphing, tables, calculations, etc).
• Microsoft Access Database knowledge.
• Statistical knowledge to establish forecasting and predicting behaviors.
• Fluent in statistics and datasets.
• Power BI/Tableau knowledge (Optional)
• WMS Implementation Experience
• Distribution Center Process Knowledge
