Purpose of the position:

Responsible of the entire process of new platform development and launch, from specification and procurement to installation, debugging, and successful PPAP. Conducts diverse engineering tasks encompassing continues improvement, problem-solving, prototype construction, production, and process design, as well as process and product development. Ensures the manufacturing feasibility of new programs launches.

Experience:

·      5 yrs. In the industry.

·      2 yrs. Launching new products.

·      2 yrs. Coordinating or participating on the industrialization of new equipment.

Desire experience

·      3 yrs. In the Plastic industry (Injection, Extrusion, Blow Molding, etc.).

·      2 yrs. Developing new product process.

·      2 yrs. Participating on the construction or installation or refurbishment of any equipment.

·      2 yrs. Managing of small projects from the creation of the budget, timeline, execution and launch of the project.

·      2 yrs. At least on two of the AIAG Core Tools ( APQP–CP-PPAP FMEA–SPC MSA ).

·      2 yrs. Experience on Lean manufacturing.

Physical Requirements:
