"Accounts Payable Analyst"

What you will do??

-Perform Accounts Payable daily operational activities based on the Services Level Agreement signed with Coface North America region including: 

-Control and updated Mailbox on a daily basis.

-Reception, review and classify invoices and other payable documents in workflow tool.

-Creation of AP supporting documents, ensuring that they are in compliance with the requirements provided by NAR.

-Receives, researches, analyzes and resolves a variety of internal and external inquiries including but not limited to account/invoice status, payment status, commission and premium return calculation, etc.

-Provide timely answers and solutions to accounting inquiries related payment issues as they are received on the AP mailbox.

-Contribute actively to support on AP activities as they are required.

-Perform accounts payable Month-end and Quarter-end closing activities based on the Services Level Agreement signed with the serviced country.

What you need??

-Bachelor on accounting or finance

-Knowledge on Oracle

-Advanced Excell
