OBJECTIVE:

Lead diverse compliance project and certifications related but not limited to: International Trade Compliance, Financial Compliance, Government Affairs, EHS, Facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Project planning and development.

Government affairs and relationship.

Make sure company is compliant with all Mexican regulations.

Contract management.

Support plant manager on daily strategy execution.

Ensure stakeholder engagement and accountability.

Key contact person within factory and all external stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Strong Knowledge in: International trade compliance, IMMEX, VAT, PROSEC, Financial compliance, safety, environmental and labor.

English (business level).

Builds appropriate professional relationships with all collaborators

Communicates well both in writing and verbally.

Proactive, analytic, dynamic, service attitude, problem solver, responsible, work team., honesty, leadership, problem solver, work under pressure, tolerance.

Desirable been involved in a working multicultural environment.
