Position Requirements

• Microsoft Applications
• LAN/WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, VLAN, network knowledge
• End User IT Support (Computers, Network Switches, Wireless Antennas, Firewalls, cell phones, printers, tablets, networking, Internet, etc.)
• Hardware / Software inventory control
• Teamcenter/NX, o CATIA
• Monitoring of security measures according to the area, activity, and organizational structure.
• Supervise the development of the New Systems and their Implementation.
• Advise users and professionals on computer support linked to their specific areas.
• Analysis of IT requirements for new projects.
• Onsite Support

Education Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems or related field.
