Position Purpose:

The Recruitment Associate plays a pivotal role in showcasing Afni's career opportunities, ensuring the successful fulfillment of recruitment goals. They excel in sourcing candidates through diverse channels, devising strategic plans to optimize these channels. They possess a knack for conceptualizing engaging events and activities to attract both job seekers and professionals, coupled with problem-solving acumen, persistence, and goal-oriented drive. Additionally, they serve as a repository of valuable insights and knowledge about Afni.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:


  1. This position will use in-depth experience and expertise of research, marketing, sourcing and project management to support Non-agent and Agent hiring. 
  2. The incumbent will implement; and manage internal and external staffing resources to build; enhance; and maintain the company's position in the professional services marketplace and to support new and ongoing service engagements. 
  3. The incumbent will also be responsible for assessing; executing and maintaining budget resources to produce best of breed strategies; tools and results.
  4. Knowledge of marketing is required.
  5. The incumbent will perform a challenging range of complex activities including consultation; research; assessment and tactical implementation to ensure alignment of sourcing strategies with departmental and organizational goals.
  6. Proven ability to effectively produce results with multi-functional work groups is critical.
  7. Open to perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the immediate Manager.


Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):


  1. Candidates must hold at least a Vocational, Diploma/Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  2. Possesses a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the BPO – Call Center Industry.
  3. Demonstrates the ability to forge strategic relationships to facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Demonstrates strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
