Call center activity. Time slot can be from 7 am till 7 pm (different shifts, need availability)
- Fluent English spoken and written.
- Location: Guadalajara, not a home office position.
- Customer-facing role in the specified assigned Region.
- Telephone and e-mail support for any inquiry or doubt of customers and internal areas.
- Main task: to process customer´s purchase order process and follow up. Supports day-to-day support activities and transactions (training, quotes, credits, returns & replacements, changes, relocations, cancellations, disputes and archiving all transactions documentation)
- Excellence in customer service
- Business English spoken and written. Effective, confident, and professional demeanor in conducting telephone and email communications.
- Ensure high level of professionalism during all interactions with customers and prospects.
- Prioritize workload. High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills.
- Zero client escalations and adherence to all SLAs
- Exercise judgment within defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Thrives working in a fast paced/high revenue environment, demonstrates a high sense of urgency. Meeting with Specific Schedules for coverage of assigned activities.
- Any other activities or tasks related or complementary to his/her principal activities.
