About the Role:
In this opportunity as a Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and development.
- Stay abreast of new product offerings and changes in the fiscal and legal market to guide strategic direction and positioning.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Editorial teams to align efforts, enhance product offerings, and drive sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales metrics and analyze data to identify trends, forecast sales, and optimize performance.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining the company's values and integrity.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and products.}
About You
You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Law, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales management role, preferably in the fiscal, legal, or publishing industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and proficiency in English.
- Ability to travel as required.
