Description

• Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the stamping process
• Select, maintain, and troubleshoot stamping equipment, ensuring that it operates at peak performance
• Regular inspections, scheduling maintenance activities, and coordinating repairs when necessary.
• Collaborating with tooling engineers, you'll contribute to the design and development of stamping dies and molds.
• Implement quality control measures, perform inspections, and analyze data to identify and address any issues affecting product quality.
• Document standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process parameters to ensure consistency and repeatability in the stamping process
• Seek opportunities to reduce production costs without compromising quality or safety.
• Upholding safety protocols and regulatory compliance is paramount in any manufacturing environment.

• Mechanical, industrial, mechatronic or related engineering
• Handling of presses of different tonnage
• Knowledge of press sensor programming
• Audit of processes in the area
• Optimize die performance
• Reverse tonnage prevention
• Experiencie in automotive industry
• Advanced english
• Six sigma certificate desirable
