- Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the stamping process
- Select, maintain, and troubleshoot stamping equipment, ensuring that it operates at peak performance
- Regular inspections, scheduling maintenance activities, and coordinating repairs when necessary.
- Collaborating with tooling engineers, you'll contribute to the design and development of stamping dies and molds.
- Implement quality control measures, perform inspections, and analyze data to identify and address any issues affecting product quality.
- Document standard operating procedures, work instructions, and process parameters to ensure consistency and repeatability in the stamping process
- Seek opportunities to reduce production costs without compromising quality or safety.
- Upholding safety protocols and regulatory compliance is paramount in any manufacturing environment.

- Mechanical, industrial, mechatronic or related engineering
- Handling of presses of different tonnage
- Knowledge of press sensor programming
- Audit of processes in the area
- Optimize die performance
- Reverse tonnage prevention
- Experiencie in automotive industry
- Advanced english
- Six sigma certificate desirable
