Requirements:

• Currently be studying 6th or 7th Semester in any of the following majors: Ing. Industrial, Mechanic, Administrator Mechanic, Electrician Mechanic or Related.
• Availability to do an internship in Apodaca.
• Intermediate Use of Excel and AutoCAD
• Conversational and Written English.
• Follow a schedule from Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm or 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Objetive: Provide support to the Process and Engineering Department.

Activities:

Security

• Ongoing participation in root cause analyzes generated by unsafe conditions
• Dissemination of documented material generated by Industrial Engineering

Quality          

• Continuous participation in 8D analyzes generated in the corresponding production lines
• Documentation of processes                                                                                                                                          
• Dissemination of documented material generated by Industrial Engineering

Production

• Diffusion of HO, AV generated by Industrial Engineering
• Generate improvements within the production line                                                                                                                                             

Manufacturing

• Time taking in manufacturing process
• Documentation of manufacturing processes         

Reduction of costs and improvements to the manufacturing process                                                                                           

• Look for an area of ??opportunity where savings may exist.
• Generate and monitor savings projects based on lean manufacturing principles
• Improve processes considering quality, safety and compliance on delivery dates                                                                                               

Tools and skills

Innovation

• Propose ideas for the implementation of new technologies based on lean manufacturing

KPI's

• Compliance with department metrics
• Assignment and update of tools for each manufacturing process

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Basic Knowledge of Time Taking
• Knowledge in Refrigeration Process
