JD:
- 8+ year of experience in implementing ServiceNow ITSM/CMDB
- In Depth knowledge of ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ITOM products - Discovery & Service Mapping
- Experience in performing configuration for CI Identification & Reconciliation (IRE), CI class manager, CMDB 360/Multisource CMDB
- Experience in implementing Common Services Data Model (CSDM) framework and alignment to CMDB
- Horizontal & Vertical discovery, Network & Azure Cloud Discovery experience
- Document any issues or obstacles encountered during CI relationships, including any requests for assistance.
- Map relationships between Configuration Items (CIs), business services, and applications.
- Experience in Implementing bi-directional data flows for efficient discovery scheduling and real-time updates.
- Track, document, and update the relationships and dependencies of services.
- Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation to support teams and processes.
- Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources.
- Experience of integrating with Azure, Infoblox and other third-party tools using Service graph Connectors and API.
- Act as a supplemental resource to the ITSM team when assistance is needed on projects, including integrations or mid-servers configuration.
- Ensure that discovery applications are functioning correctly to integrate data and support the registration of new Assets/Configuration Items (CIs).
- Stay current on relevant technologies and best practices related to Configuration Management.
- Ability to identify and report impacted CIs and prepare remediation plan.
