OBJETIVE:

Design, develop and execute and standardize automation strategies for data integration between

Technology devices and manufacturing applications. Lead manufacturing operations management

systems selection and operation supporting the standardization. Perform critical automation

additions in existing processes to improve efficiency, productivity and reliability in the organization.

General Requirements:

Educational: Mechatronics Engineer, Electronics and Automation Engineer or related.

English skills: B2+ or above.

Work experience: 3+ Yr. in manufacturing industry as Controls Engineer.

Position Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional team to execute automation projects as operations,

Engineering, CI, Maintenance and Quality.

Creation of RFQ to define clear scope and transparency for automation projects.

Lead the development, submission & approval of business cases for automation

opportunities.

Lead the design and development of new equipment from external suppliers accomplish

local standards and internal customer requirements. Collaborate with software IT local developers to ensure compatibility with automation

systems.

Guide & support plant teams on machine connectivity & data acquisition activities.

Train key plant personnel in automations technologies being deployed to ensure successful

adoption and achieve improvement objectives.

Position Requirements:

Allen Bradley PLC and HMI programming (Ladder logic, Studio 5000, RSLogix)

Beckoff PLC Programming

Omron PLC Programming

Siemens PLC Programming

Industrial networks (Ethernet networks, Ethernet/IP, Modbus TCP, IO Link, etc)

DESIRE:

Knowledge of data gateways (Kepware, Lantronix)

Basic SQL knowledge
