Customer Service Representative:

High School / GED

· Experience:

0- 6 months minimun, in Customer Service

· Skills Required:

Good communication skills, good analytical skills, typing speed of min 30 wpm with 90% accuracy

· Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate resolution of transactions and process task as per SOP.

Collect all the information required to process a transaction.

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product, troubleshooting and solving issues.
