Requirements:

• Full command of the English Language: FCE certificate (CAE is preferable).
• Teacher´s diploma / TKT / ICELT / CENNI / or any other teaching degree (University, ideally).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant, provable work experience.
• Job stability.
• Familiarized with the use of technology in ESL instruction (google education, e-learning, online resources).
• Punctual, dynamic, committed, responsible, active, and eager to learn.
• Excellent classroom management. 

Responsibilities:

• Instruct students on interpreting literature and provide background on authors' life and works.
• Teach about different literary styles.
• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities
• Create positive educational climate for students to learn in.
• Create lesson plans and modify accordingly throughout the year. Integrate competencies, goals, and objectives into lesson plans.
• Observe and evaluate student's performance.
