About the Role

The CFO is a senior member of our leadership team and is responsible for all aspects of the company's financial operations. The CFO will work closely with the CEO and other members of the executive team to develop and implement the company's financial strategy. The CFO will also be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy.
• Overseeing the company's accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to the CEO, board of directors, and investors.
• Managing the company's cash flow and working capital.
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
• Conducting financial analysis and forecasting.
• Identifying and managing financial risks.
• Complying with accounting standards and tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications.

• CPA or equivalent professional designation.
• Experience or Certification in Toyota Production System.
• 15+ years of experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing financial strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work independent independently and as part of a team.
