Job Description

Under the mentorship of our OE Leader, the Order Analyst plays a pivotal role in our organization. You'll be responsible for handling incoming orders for materials, installations, or services. From receiving to booking and all related activities, you'll take charge of ensuring a flawless process for our valued customers.

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

Order Management Supervise the new orders mailbox and ensure timely handling.

Accurately enter orders into Emerson systems and review purchase orders for accuracy.

Flag potential issues and resolve accurate products and ship dates.

Build part numbers in Oracle and handle the load and tracking of clean-up orders.

Meeting Business Goals: Responsible for meeting monthly POR (Purchase Order Receiving) commitments.

Ensure compliance with timely Delivery (OTD) and service doctrine to maintain customer happiness. Continuous Improvement:

Actively seek improvements for personnel, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Communication Maintains continuous communication with Emerson sales force, inside sales, and commercial area to ensure alignment and coordination.

Professional Qualifications:

Business, engineering, or a closely related field.

Experience and Skills:
  • Excellent detail orientation, digital competence, problem-solving ability, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong-interpersonal
  • Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems strongly preferred.
