We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and management of our HubSpot websites, contributing to the redesign process, and launching new acquisition sites. Additionally, the candidate will manage website updates that come into our ticket system, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize HubSpot's CMS tools to develop and maintain websites.
• Implement design changes, enhancements, and new features to improve user experience and drive conversions.
• Ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and SEO best practices.
• Participate in the redesign process of existing HubSpot websites, providing technical expertise and insights.
• Work closely with designers and stakeholders to translate design concepts into functional web assets.
• Coordinate the launch of new acquisition sites, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.
• Manage website updates, bug fixes, and enhancements that are submitted through our ticket system.
• Prioritize and address tickets based on urgency and impact on business operations.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and IT to align website initiatives with broader organizational goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert on web development best practices and technologies, offering guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Web Development, or related field.
• +1 year of proven experience with web development using HubSpot CMS or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Experience with responsive design principles and mobile optimization.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Strong english level communication
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
