Job Description
¿Qué estaré haciendo? - Administración de las comunidades en línea y la plataforma SRP. Responsable del proceso completo, desde la apariencia inicial, ejecución y gestión de las bases de datos, reclutamiento (garantizando el tamaño y composición de la comunidad, que cumplan con las especificaciones del proyecto), gestión del programa de incentivos para los miembros de panel (asignación de roles, rangos, categorías, algoritmos, cancelaciones de suscripción, miembros inactivos, etc.), entre otras actividades.
¿Qué necesito? - Manejo de herramientas digitales, experiencia de 1 -2 años en Investigación de Mercados o manejo de proyectos en línea. Ser una persona bilingüe con alto dominio de inglés, ya que este puesto trabaja directamente con el equipo de SMX de EE. UU. a diario. Experiencia en identificación de muestras y monitoreo en campo.

What will I be doing? - Administration of online communities and the SRP platform. Responsible for the process of online communities, from the initial appearance, execution and management of databases, recruitment (ensuring the size and composition of the community, that they meet the project specifications), management of the incentive program for panel members (assignment of roles, ranks, categories, algorithms, unsubscriptions, inactive members, etc.), among other activities.
What I need? - Management of digital tools, 1-2 years of experience in Market Research or management of online projects. We require a bilingual individual with high English proficiency as this position works directly with the US SMX team daily. Experience in sample identification and field monitoring.
