Purchasing Assistant (New grads)

Now hiring recently graduated students who want to begin a career in the procurement department!

What you'll bring to the table

• Recently graduated from administration, industrial engineering, or related.
• English Intermediate (At least A2 or B1). English classes are available at the company free to cost.
• Availability to travel to the company (Located at Parque Industrial Thomas Alba Edison, Tijuana.)
• Little to no experience in the area.

Activities that you'll learn!

• National and international procurement.
• Negotiate with national and international suppliers prices and delivery times.
• Follow up on samples and new products.
• Support to the activities of the department.
• Collects and analyzes information from quotations for purchases and submits them to management.
• Follow up on requisitions and purchase orders.
• Review supplier invoices with the system.
• Assist the Import and Export department and the Health and Safety area.
• Attention to suppliers.

Interviews will start on May 3rd.
