We're looking for a Website Implementation Team Lead to join our team at SpotOn. 

How you'll contribute

- Develop strategies to achieve area objectives.

What you'll need

- Proven experience in customer service.
- Verifiable experience as a team leader or team leader.
- Web experience or knowledge (domains, hosting, security certificates, domain registrations, DNS, ICANN policies).

- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.
- Knowledge in Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides, Calendar), desirable.
- Basic knowledge in design and content programs such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,

- Web platforms such as Wordpress, Elementor, Wix, GoDaddy, desirable.
- Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot.

- Spanish: Native or as a second language.
- English: Native, Advanced level C1, Cambridge C2 or equivalent.
