Finance Manager

Reporting to COO of DN Automotive Mexico

Key Responsibilities :

·     Design and establish clear and consistent Finance, (and Import/export) management operating processes.

·     Make key strategies decisions to achieve committed performance.

·     Partner with business leaders as trusted business advisor to drive performance through analytics and influencing.

·     Communicate effectively with management concerning financial objectives and key business metrics.

·     Manage P&L Ownership and lead Finance, (and Import/export) team

·     Provide a consolidated/standardized process for annual operating plan and long-term strategic plan.

·     Cash management of Mexican Peso & Foreign currency, and co-work with corporate treasury to ensure sufficient funds are available.

·     Review all tax issues of entity and correspond/report properly.

·     Manage internal/external audits,

·     Interface with all HQ Business unit

·     Develop a sound financial planning process involving all aspects of our organization, management, sales and procurement insuring participation of all business functions.

·     Set up proper Internal control process & implement process improvement plan.

·     Manages regular reporting, cost accounting and asset management.

Qualifications :

·     Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.

·     Deep knowledge and experience of P&L responsibility.

·     Understanding of IFRS and local Tax codes/requirements

·     Excellent communication and influencing skills.

·     Factory and cost accounting experience.

·     Self-motivated, driving business initiatives.

·     Demonstrated ability to sort out and report on complex situations.

·     CPA preferred

·     Fluent in spoken and in written English (or Korean) preferred.

·     SAP experience preferred.

·     Wide human network with regularities and SAT preferred
