The main responsibilities are:

• Oversee of daily activities and support the Plant Controller with fixed assets, cost, accounting, AP, VAT recovery, taxes and FP&A
• Assist with monthly close of entities, including Maquila billing, journal entries and account trend analysis
• Contribute and implement continuous process improvement
• Assure balance sheet account reconciliations
• Be timely prepared with the necessary support evidence to ensure the numbers are accurately represented
• Recommend and implement corrective actions required to improve gaps
• Ensure compliance with statutory reporting filings and various tax filings
• Supervise fixed asset process ensuring timely capitalization of assets while having

Profile

Bachelor´s degree in accounting, finance or related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience as Assistant Plant Controller or Plant Controller Jr. Experience as manager of people. Fluent communication in English, both written and verbal. SAP experience.
