We are looking for a Reliability Engineer.

We are seeking a highly qualified reliability engineer to join our team in the food and beverage industry.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

• Ensure the operational reliability of equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Conduct risk analyses and manage action plans to minimize failures and downtime.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in reliability engineering and maintenance.
• Participate in OPEX projects to optimize operational efficiency and reduce costs.

REQUIREMENTS:

Mechanical, Electrical Engineering degree or related field required. (título & cédula)

8+ years of experience on field.

Demonstrable experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in reliability engineering roles.

Practical knowledge in maintaining equipment such as silos, mixers, ovens, and packaging.

Experience in maintaining equipment such as ammonia systems, boilers, and HSBC.

Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies.

Valid tourist visa and passport.

Advanced English.
