ETT Pre-Processor Test Engineer

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a test engineer to work within our ETT Pre-processor team. Candidate will be required to develop and enhance testing framework, maintain existing Unix/Perl/Python scripts.

He/she will work with application owners on understanding the business requirements, developing test plans, creating automated tests and providing business support of the testing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Understand business requirements and system flows, develop testing solutions and perform testing including but not limited to: data reconciliation/replay, test automation and enhancement, etc.
• Working extensively within our pre-processor team to ensure delivery quality.

 Required Skills

•      B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or similar applied technical field

•      Unix, shell scripting, perl, python

•      5 or more years' experience in software development or Test Automation

•      Knowledge of Fix Protocol and Equity trading business in US.

•      Good communication and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills

•      Unit Testing/Mocking Frameworks (i.e Junit, TestNG, Mockito, Cucumber etc)

•      Source Control (GIT)

•      Cucumber, JIRA, TeamCity, Gradle, Ansible
