Descripción

We are looking for Telecommunications Engineers for a position as a Technical Support Engineer for customers from Latin American countries. Voice or Data Cloud CN experiences is required 



Location: El Marqués, QRO.


Responsibilities:

-Handling customer service requests from Latin America products.

-Take first corrective actions to isolate and neutralize reported incidents and if necessary escalate to next technical level support.

-Performing network upgrades/ updates.

-Provide detailed information on how to set up, configure or upgrade Core Network products and their features.

-Use trouble ticketing system for tracking customer interactions and fault analysis.


Requirements:

-Core Network PS

O&M or Project Delivery Technical experience on the following network element: SGSN, GGSN, MME, S-GW, P-GW, HSS, PCRF, CUPS, AMF, SMF, UPF, NRF, UDM.

3G, 4G, 5G System troubleshooting (alarms, performance and so on).

Mobility management and Session management flows on 3G, 4G, 5G.

 

-Core Network IMS

O&M or Project Delivery Technical experience on the following network element: A-SBC, I-SBC, P/I/S-CSCF, AS, MGCF, MGW, MRFP, MRFC, PCRF, mAGCF, HSS.

IMS and VoLTE System troubleshooting (alarms, performance and so on).

Register, MO session, MT session, eSRVCC, T-ADS, IN service, IMS roaming (S8HR) flows.


-Telecom Cloud: NFV, NFVI, VNF, MANO, DC, SDN, VxLAN, TOR, EOR, Virtual Switch, FusionSphere, VM and Containers.

-Willing to Travel for local projects (1 to 3 months per year could be necessary).

-Fluent English, conversation and writing.

-Strong working relationships with other teams.

-Quick learning technical and procedural topics.
