We are looking for a Development Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
• Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
• Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
• Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
• Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
• Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
• Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Science or relevant area.
• 3-5 YoE as a Technical Leader in Fullstack development projects
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) Essential knowledge of some of the following: AIM, Cognito, SES, RDS, EC2, ECS, Lamdas, Step functions, DynamoDB; Likewise, you may have previous experience in other clouds, but you may have had experience in a project with AWS.
• IDE for development: Python back end 3-5 years of experience developing with Python for the back end and knowledge of NextJS. 1 or 2 YoE in development in ReactJS for the front end, experience in Serverless development
• Experience in relational databases (SQL Server, Postgress) and non-relational databases (Mongo DB preferred)
• Version control with GIT
• Continuous Integration: Code commit, Amazon Q, Some CI/CD tool
• Advanced English level is a must because this position will have contact with USA and England
