ASSISTANT DATA ENTRY, ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

The ideal candidate will have experience working in data entry, performing administrative tasks, and providing support to managers.

• Pays invoices by verifying transaction information, scheduling, preparing disbursements, and obtaining authorization of payment. (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE)
• Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures. (ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE)
• Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts and notifying customers of insufficient payments. (COLLECTIONS).
• Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
• Assist with the uploading of social media pictures.
• ENGLISH IS A MUST.
