We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service expert to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate should be courteous, professional, and able to work closely with other team members to provide exceptional service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and resolving issues with our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities for Internal Candidates Validate the purpose and legitimacy of any transaction that appears unusual or high-risk based on customer and recipient activity.
  • Process transactions that have complied with Ria's policies, state, and federal regulations.
  • Escalate general reports of potential consumer fraud trends and suspicious activities. Risk assessment when approving transactions with red flags.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers, both inbound and outbound calls.


Qualifications

  • Customer service experience.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • English proficiency: ADVANCED.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. More education or experience may be preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
  • Strong time management and decision-making skills.
  • Adaptability and accountability to build a career within the company.
  • Schedule availability.
