We're presently in search of a proficient and adept Azure Cognitive Services – Technical Support Engineer to bolster our ranks and ensure the seamless delivery of unparalleled technical assistance for our Azure Cognitive Services products. Skils: * Knowledge of Azure Cognitive Services- LUIS, SDK app, ML Model prediction accuracy * Strong Python and C# coding skills, along with knowledge of C++ and/or Java * Deep knowledge of API's (OCR/Face etc) calling API's, knowing Rest API's communication, end point, authentication, debugging, capturing traces etc * Azure, AWS cloud development experience * Knowledge of OpenAI will be an added advantage * Knowledge of Debugging and validation of Backend Logs * Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to machine learning frameworks and tools. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
