Your Job
As a Logistics Coordinator you will be accountable for the transaction of Logistics operations for finished goods at our El Marques site (inbound / outbound domestic and cross borders) making sure the operational flow runs smoothly and acting as main point of contact between our 3PL, Carriers, Intercompany, Customs Agent and internal Capabilities.

What You Will Do
Adopt the PBM culture and foster a culture of open communication to actively participate in the team's transformation to meet service metrics under economic thinking and optimize customer service.
Run & ensure optimal logistics operation in a daily basis (fleet availability, on time arrival to plant, on time delivery and Total Permanence Vehicle) for finished goods.
Partner with Customer experience team to achieve optimal service to customers ensuring compliance to laws and regulations.
Generate freight cost structure (rate quotation) for pick up customers.
Ensure stewardship and compliance in cross border and custom operations according to imports / exports regulations.
Carry out the import/export process, customs documentation, receipt of finished goods & spare parts to ensure it arrives at its destination on time.
Supervise the preparation and dispatch of customers export orders and plan the flow of freight to the destination in a daily basis.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience on Logistics (transportation): Domestic, Cross borders & customs operations
Working knowledge managing 3PL providers (transportation & customs)
Ability to communicate in English and Spanish, both spoken and written
What Will Put You Ahead
Experience on Logistics (transportation): Over the road, Ocean and Rail
Proficiency in excel (pivot tables and macros)
Ability to influence, negotiate, coach and lead others
Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS)
Working knowledge of an ERP for transportation
Bachelor's Degree
