IT Manager / Account Manager

?The IT Manager is responsible for the service delivery to the business units including projects. The role must establish a close relationship with the business and ensure that all current and future technology initiatives are aligned with the business strategy. As the IT Manager, you will be a key leader and the point of contact with the business and our clients to resolve any dissatisfactions through action plan design. 

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, systems engineering or related career
• Demonstrated middle management level (5 years) experience in technology leadership roles
• Strong leadership skills.
• Knowledge of ERP's, software development, infrastructure, ITIL and project management. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Job Duties and Responsibilities

• The IT Manager is required to have a working knowledge of the issues affecting organizational units (Infrastructure, Support, IT Operations, Project Management). 
• Strong collaborative skills and a proven ability to manage and facilitate process reviews, workshops, or other similar group discovery and feedback methods. 
• Knowledge of current and emerging technologies, and strategic application to business needs. 
• To exercise considerable independent judgment, tact and sensitivity in understanding the needs of the business units and Senior Management. 
• Ability to prioritize and oversee the successful completion of projects.
