Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Engagement Manager with Spanish fluency to join our dynamic team in the LATAM region. This role requires a strong leader with proven experience in managing projects, particularly in the IT sector. The successful candidate will serve as the primary customer-facing representative, guiding project teams, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining high standards throughout all phases of project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects across various industries, ensuring timely completion and meeting project objectives.
ServiceNow Implementation: Oversee and guide ServiceNow projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and best practices.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, maintaining project stability.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, adhering to industry standards and certifications.
Team Leadership: Foster collaboration and productivity among project teams, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
Qualifications:
Language: Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
ServiceNow Certification: Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred, demonstrating expertise in the platform.
Experience: 6+ years of experience in project management or engagement management, particularly in IT or related sectors.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle complex projects.
