Requirements

Must:

·     +6 yoe as SAP ABAP for SAP  (ECC, S/4 HANA, Environment On-Stack),

·     +6yoe of Workflow (R/3 ECC, S/4 HANA)

·     +6youe Fiori (R/3 ECC)

·     ABAP Environment Side-by-Side, ITIL, PMP, Activate.

Desirable:

·     IDOCs Knowledge:

·     Soft Skills: Effective Communication, Emotional Intelligence, Planning & Organization, Problem Solving, Teamwork, Time Management, Customer Service, Design Thinking, Conflict Resolution, Leadership, Negotiation, Risk Management, Talent Development.

Responsibilities

·     Responsible for small to mid development teams.

·     Provides support on estimation issues, follows up on incident resolution, and communicates development status to project leaders.

·     Acts as a backup for more experienced consultants.

·     Supports initiatives for internal continuous improvement.

·     Knowledgeable about their career plan.
