What you'll do:
Maintain records of customer orders, as well as keep the system updated according to communication with customers, EDI reports, and tracking requests the Corporate Customer Service Manager Sr. Responsible for all customer service operations coordination of the accounts assigned by this Management, guaranteeing the timely supply of finished product required in the demand.
Communicate to the departments involved for the expediting deliveries of products to specific customers critical in cases of shorts or any other informed priority for the client. Request to the shipping, planning and logistics department supporting documentation when there is a discrepancy in deliveries with the client, as well as monitoring that comply with the policies established for the shipments of customers.
Work as a team with the Corporate Customer Service Management client, the clients and the departments involved in the ConMet plants, as well as monitoring compliance with the policies and procedures determined by it Sr. Corporate Customer Service Management and the Management of Sales and Administration Operations that seek the permanence of our business relationships.
Comply with the requirements of the Management System Environmental and Quality System (IATF).
What you'll need:
Fluent English
Proven experience working in heavy and complex negotiations
Supply & Demand Analysis
Knowledge in Logistics and Supply Chain
Knowledge in SAP desirable
