Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled OT Engineer to join our growing team. The OT Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the OT infrastructure to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our industrial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain the OT infrastructure, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks.
• Develop and implement OT security measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of our industrial processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with OT systems to minimize downtime and ensure the smooth operation of our industrial processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OT systems with IT systems and business processes.
• Provide training and support to operations and maintenance teams on the use of OT systems.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in OT engineering.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in OT engineering, preferably in the manufacturing/industrial industry.
• Strong knowledge of OT systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks.
• Experience with OT security measures and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
