Use your expertise as a Maintenance Engineer to maintain and sustain manufacturing equipment and/or Honeywell building systems and components. You will provide support and leadership not only as it relates to understanding of the manufacturing equipment, but also a deeper understanding of operating principles and respective processes. You will provide direction to a group of highly committed professionals who provide expertise and ensure the success of maintenance engineering projects, programs and manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
8-10 years of experience as a supervisor or similar roles. Experience in developing procedures, instructions, formats, administrative processes of the maintenance department from scratch until their maturation. Experience in managing the assignment of maintenance plans for critical equipment. Experience in organizing productive equipment, classifying them, assigning a list of spare parts, quoting, registering in the system, and generating internal processes to maintain them. Experience in internal/external maintenance audits. Experience in autonomous, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance strategies. Generation of indicators and administration of them: MTBF, MTTR, OEE, UP TIME. Shift availability. Experience in Root Cause Analysis. ability to analyze failures, data trends, etc. Green belt / Black belt Experience in generating maintenance instructions, check lists, plans, etc.
· Oversee equipment installation and maintenance.
· Oversee equipment upgrade and modification.
· Increase uptime.
· Lead studies of equipment performance.
· Develop technical solutions.
· Define preventative maintenance schedules.
· Maintain equipment records.
· Mentor maintenance engineering staff.
