ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES The role is responsible supporting the Procurement management team through purchasing and analysis activities, operating practices in the procurement processes, in order to evaluate, prepare and complete tenders, process requirements generated through the system to ensure the placement of purchase orders, under the guidelines of the Purchasing Policy. Support the monitoring and reporting of the main critical metrics (savings, cash flow, contract management, master data compliance, involved parties' management). Reports to: Sourcing Executive, Direct Materials WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR Communication with global and local suppliers Support to innovation projects, savings, and contingencies of direct materials. Creation and management of purchase orders for direct materials tooling Management of key Direct Procurement critical metrics and follow-up sessions Development of strategic projects for process optimization Support in supplier data management Validation, creation, and update of direct materials pricing CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE Are you passionate about the procurement area? ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Basic SAP English knowledge is a must Power BI & Excel Leadership skills Effective communication skills Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, International business students. Bachelor's degree students to be graduated in one year or later.
