Reporting to the Sales Director in LATAM, the The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for fostering and maintaining long-term relationships with our most important clients. They work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and objectives, ensuring that our products and services align with their business goals.
·Account Portfolio Leadership:
Assume full responsibility for the management and strategic development of a portfolio of strategic customer accounts.
·Customer Relationship Leadership:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, driving account loyalty and satisfaction.
·Strategic Account Analysis and Planning:
Analyze account performance, market trends, and competitive landscape to develop and execute innovative strategies tailored to each account.
·Contract and Agreement Management:
Oversee the management of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and addressing any contractual issues.
·Account Expansion and Retention:
Identify and drive opportunities for organic growth within key accounts while expanding the customer base.
·Cross-Functional Leadership:
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that key accounts receive exceptional support and service across all aspects of the business.
·Strategic Account Performance Metrics
Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, including revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction, taking corrective actions as necessary.
6 - 9 years of experience in similar roles
Channel LATAM accounts knowledge such as AD Members, Sonepar, etc
