Due to the growth of the area we are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with the following profile:

Bachelor's Degree or Engineering completed.

Advanced English is a must.

Office and Outlook skills.

Knowledge of ERP or SAP (desirable).

Experience of 2 to 3 years in a similar position in companies in the productive, manufacturing or production sector.

Availability to work near the Plaza del Sol area.

ACTIVITIES:

Organize and ensure the management of purchase orders from start to finish.

Preparation of quotations for products.

Data entry and monitoring of customer orders in the system.

Recording order acknowledgement.

Manage issue production orders.

Send sales order confirmation to customer.

Ensure accuracy of recorded delivery date and conditions for outbound department to proceed.

Issue proforma invoices both for deliveries outside Mexico for customs purposes and for prepayment requests.

Review and manage credit notes and refunds.

Track production dates to inform customers of any delays that impact the delivery date.
