Descripción

Objective: Account Manager who will be responsible for driving the development, execution, measurement, and business growth, controlling sales accounts assigned to satisfy customer needs through Metalor México products, and increasing the level of sales to improve market conditions. Developing positive relationships, improving customer intimacy, and handling customer expectations in the American market.

JOB PROFILE

• Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in a sales area.

• B.S. in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering with proven sales experience. MBA desired.

• Projects follow up with PMO and Customers to validate that customer needs and requirements are exceeded.

• Strong analytical skills and clear, proven ability to research, organize, develop, and present a variety of content to technical and non-technical issues.

• Strong understanding of solution selling and the ability to package and articulate the business value of a solution.

• Strong sense of initiative and perseverance.

• Enthusiastic, hard-working, and highly productive.

• Experienced in managing and delivering on time against multiple priorities.

• Excellent verbal, and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing successful strategic medium and long-term sales plans as well as short-term sales tactics.

• Qualified sales market analysis and evaluation.

• Responsibility for meeting annual volume and margin targets.

• Preparation and follow-up of quotations including ensuring the necessary documentation and exchange of information in coordination with the Business Group.

• Conduct sales negotiations for standard products by the relevant policies and procedures.

• Checking purchase contracts, orders, and order confirmations, taking appropriate action in the event of discrepancies in consultation with the Business Group.

• Initiating and monitoring internal order deadlines, including the preparation and maintenance of the necessary documentation for the 3 months sales forecast vs demand.

• Reception and internal coordination of customer complaints or escalations.

• Providing ongoing support, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers.

• Managing relationships with the customers as well as visiting clients to promote good communication, and improve the relationship and prospects for new business.

• Identify new business opportunities to increase the level of sales.

• Collaborate in the preparation of the annual sales budget according to historical sales, demand projection, and projects.

Language:

• Business level of English.

Travel:
