International Biotech company looking for a BDM in charge of leading and managing the team to drive business growth, increase sales, and ensure customer satisfaction

International Biotech company within diagnosis business with current development in LATAM region.

Description

The main responsibilities are to:

  1. Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and increase market share in the Latin America region.
  2. Work closely with distributors to identify and pursue new business opportunities and support customer needs.
  3. Maintain a deep understanding of the market and competition, including trends, products, and pricing.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and opinion leaders.
  5. Provide regular reports to senior manager on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities in the territory.
  6. Provide technical support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product recommendations.
  7. Assist clients in the use of products, and in the interpretation of results obtained with tests;
  8. Organize validation studies including Products in clients laboratories;
  9. Install and provide support in the use of data analysis software;
  10. Participate and present scientific data (oral or poster presentations) in the Territory, as well as in international scientific meetings abroad where requested

Profile

BS Biotechnology, MVZ, or related field. At least 5 years of experience within diagnosis industry for animals. Strong knowledge of lab tests, dealers, data analysis, sales strategies within the LATAM market. Self-Management, Organization, Customer Centricity. Fluent English is a plus.
