Are you passionate about sales and eager to kick-start your career in a dynamic environment? Look no further! Our company is offering an exciting SDR internship that will provide you with hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to make a real impact.


Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting for new leads
  • Deliver Mkt educational material
  • Implementing cold outreach campaigns
  • Meeting with the Business Development Manager team to create outbound prospecting processes.
  • Collecting the contact details of leads and sharing them with other sales representatives / Account Managers.
  • Maintaining a database of prospective clients interested in the company's services
  • Identifying new trends and technologies that affect the sale of goods and services
  • Preparing reports on client interactions, sales activities, and other tasks assigned by the sales manager or supervisor.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency with Sales Enablement tools like Salesloft, Outreach io, or similar platforms (in addition to the ones mentioned - Sales Navigator, Apollo, Hubspot).
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and data entry.
  • Basic understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) would be a plus.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication skills: This includes clear and concise written and verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Data-driven approach: The ability to analyze and use data to improve outreach campaigns and lead-generation strategies.
  • Time management and organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage a high workload efficiently.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn: A willingness to learn new things quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and collaboration: Ability to work effectively with the sales and marketing teams and with account managers.
  • Positive attitude and resilience: The ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a challenging role.
  • Advanced English communication skills: Advanced English level or fully bilingual English/Spanish
