Objective
Customer service to external clients and internal clients (Parents, Students and Staff)
General Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls and customer service for parents
- Sale of promotional articles and keeping inventory updated
- Register and control of car pools
- Keeping register of student and teacher tardies
- Support the Scholarship department in handing out aplications and receiving paperwork
- Support Admissions department (take messages, receive parents)
- Assign bar codes and print them out
- Scan bar codes for students departing to Cafeteria, Daycare or leaving through the Reception area
- Delivering official paperwork (letters, report cards, transcripts)
- Delivering year books
- Support in preparation week
Job Profile
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of software and computer aplications (Word, Webpage, Skyward, etc.)
- Fully bilingual
Education (Scholarity):
Bilingual secretary, Bachelor's degree or bachelor career with pending degree
Experience:
Experience in customer service and as an assistant
Skills:
Communication, problem solving, team work, strong service orientation.

Yearly:
- Keep track of student car pools
- Support Scholarship deptartment in delivering applications and receiving paperwork

Daily:
- Reception of calls, customer service (parents and suppliers)
