PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation. About This Opportunity

You will be responsible for selling our logistics and transportation services in the region.


Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new clients to provide our logistics and transportation services.
  • Provide support and follow-up to existing customers.
  • Negotiating prices and closing sales.
  • Work closely with the President and Director of Sales to develop territory and account strategies to support sales growth in the region.
  • Establish and maintain solid relationships with top companies in the sector, as well as build and manage an existing portfolio of key clients.
  • Requirements:
  • 3+ proven years experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the logistics and transportation sector.
  • Proven track record in cold calling, setting appointments, presenting and meeting with potential customers, pricing, proposals through to closing the deal.
  • Established portfolio of industry contacts and clients.
  • Deep knowledge of the main logistics and transportation companies in Monterrey and their operation in the local market.
  • Knowledge of the most important companies in the city.
  • Experience working B2B sales.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills & strong interpersonal and customer relation skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with proven closing ability.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, logistics, international business or similar.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
