Support the Property Management department in the administration of the asset portfolio, including financial and administrative reporting to ensure consistent, uniform, and timely information delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in indistrial or property management sector in similar positions.
- Strong understanding of lease contracts, financial reporting, and budget preparation.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
Responsabilities;
- Manage income and expenses for industrial, office, or retail assets within the property sector.
- Oversee lease agreements and service contracts for tenants.
- Prepare financial reports, including Rent Roll and budget analysis.
- Coordinate with tenants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and optimize cash flow and collections within the portfolio.
- Implement best practices for process standardization and efficiency improvements.
- Provide regular updates and communication to stakeholders regarding financial performance and operational metrics.
