Description

• Supervise import/export procedures for various goods and declarations.
• Prepare permits with government agencies and compile annual trade reports.
• Renew and update procedures for certifications.
• Ensure timely submission of customs declarations and bi-monthly reports.
• Resolve customs-related issues and manage material transportation.
• Attend customs inspections and maintain proficiency in inventory systems.
• Oversee system updates, tariff compliance, and accurate goods classification.
• Maintain material/product origin certificates and provide necessary information to authorities.
• Manage sensitive material returns and eliminate expired inventory.
• Coordinate tariff codes for new products and seek legal support when needed.
• Stay updated on foreign trade matters and understand environmental concerns.
• Uphold ethical standards and participate in management system activities.
• Fulfill all quality and environmental system requirements.

Profile

• Completed degree - International Trade Preference
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role (even if not as a manager)
• Proficiency in English
• Experience as a customs agent
• Experience as a leader in certifications and government requirements
