Description

The main responsibilities are to:

• Engage with key stakeholders including HR, Finance, IT, and Operations to gather requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to senior management.
• Ensure vendors adhere to project time lines, quality standards, contractual obligations and manage vendor relationships.
• Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of the Time and Attendance System in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate integration with the new system on existing payroll and HR systems.
• Develop and implement communication plan and training programs for end-users to ensure successful adoption of the new system.
• Manage change effectively by addressing concerns, providing support, and promoting the benefits of the new system and mobile app to employees.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress and address issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize project costs.
• Track project progress against budgetary and resource targets, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes to present updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Profile

BS Degree on Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. PM certification is a plus. At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, leading projects such as system implementation, with similar activities such as outlining tasks, time lines, and resources required for a successful development. Experience establishing strong communication with different stakeholder to pursue project deliverable. Advanced English level is a must, as the role reports mostly to USA.
