Responsabilidades
· Execute the employee life cycle aligned to OC policies, processes and values.
· Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing process; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes
· Support structure changes to ensure systems updated
· Support and active participation in the HR activities annual plan
· Manages HR client expectations by communicating project status and issues; resolving concerns; analyzing time and cost issues; preparing reports.
· Ensure the reliability of information in external HR systems, performing periodic reconciliations, identifying, and reporting deviations and correcting them.
· Actively participate in the Inclusion and diversity plan.
· TPM execution T&D pillar
Job Requirements
Perfil:
· Management, Engineering master's degree
Experiencia:
· +2 years of experience
