About the role

             

This position is for an entry-level professional in Customer Service who responds to customer calls, documents procedures, collects data, and provides information to customers to resolve issues. Escalates complex issues to more experienced staff or management.

Key Responsibilities:

 

As a Customer Service Analyst you'll be responsible for:

 

  • Attention to internal and external clients (Customer Service). Monitoring of sales orders, inventory review, generation of reports.
  • Backlog administration and update (Open Orders)
  • Inventory analysis, LT measurement
  • Constant communication with USA customer service
  • Notification to internal and external customers about order status
  • Generation of Balance Score Card reports in Excel
  • Overdue/OTD Management
  • Monitoring of guarantees and document management.
  • Reception of Claims
  • Request for shipments to the warehouse area
  • Invoice processing
  • Constant communication with the warehouse area, accounts receivable, credit release
  • Follow-up on requests (sending invoice, generation of a letter/certificate)
  • Updating shipping dates to internal and external clients

 

Requirements

 

We are looking for people who are excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. If this is you, get in touch.

 

As a minimum you must have:

 

  • 1-2 Years of experience in the area.
  • University Degree Administration, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Marketing, Logistics or related.
  • Intermediate-advanced English.
  •  Advanced Excel (reports, indicators, inventories).
  • Billing knowledge.
