SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in similar positions.
• University degree.
• 85% proficiency in English.

Activities:

• Technical support for computer systems and fault analysis.
• Installation of specific SOFTWARE & HARDWARE.
• Assembly of internal installations and cabling for plant equipment.
• Attention and management of internal computer servers.
• Attend to and train internal users on equipment.
• Contact and coordinate external services for the acquisition of new equipment and service of existing equipment.
• Respond in a timely manner to internal user failures or problems.
• Ensure the proper functioning of HARDWARE and equipment.
• Monitor information exchange between equipment and correct use of the same.
• Monitoring of virus and malware attacks.
• Execution of internal processes.

• Excellent communication between collaborators.
